Wheat from Russia

Another team effort on this bulk vessel, the Nordic Busan, which berthed in the early hours on Monday morning to discharge bulk wheat. The 7972 tonnes of high quality wheat was imported from Russia of all places. WBS handled the discharge while WFS took care of the clearing formalities. OLS provided various husbandry services while the wheat was transported to the Rennies food hub facility at UFE.

The Nordic Bussan is no stranger to the port. She is a Bulk Carrier and was built in 2018, sailing under the flag of Liberia. She has a carrying capacity of 35,800 t DWT with a current draught of 10m. Her length overall is 180m and her width is 30m.
