As part of extensive customer service refresher training that was done across the Manica group of companies recently, the participants were requested to nominate staff members they believed lived up to the group's customer service values, were a shining example of what excellence in customer service should be, for the care they show towards their colleagues, their positive vibe and energy in the office and the reliability and trust they inspire.
Unbeknownst of their nomination, these staff members were surprised in their offices in front of their co-workers with a Customer Service Excellence Certificate as recognition for their efforts and as inspiration to others to emulate this customer-centric mindset, for being ambassadors in creating a wow customer experience and in the same vain setting the bar high for all interactions with clients and each other.
