Hercules started out by studying IT and systems. It was when he joined Africa Logistics in Cape Town that the logistics bug bit. It wasn't long before he started looking at ways to improve and streamline logistics systems with technology. He also worked at Truck Air and later in 2014 joined Indilinga Systems Designs and Logistics where his system improvement and IT skills were honed even further. During this time Hercules was closely involved in logistics operational flow, warehousing and transport management systems. After a stint at Maritz Transport as Operations Manager, he joined Rennies Logistics in 2020 as Key Account Manager to build client relations and streamlining systems processes in the 3PL sector.
