Talent Development Centre

Manica's newly renovated Othithiya (Oshiwambo for Fountain) building hosts Talent Development Centre (TDC). This state of the art training centre was the venue for the recent Bidvest business breakfast, the Bidvest Leadership Academy and various other seminars. It also houses the Manica HR department, and plans are underway to introduce a light-health lunch eatery. The TDC was established to address a wide range of learning and personal development needs within the Bidvest group as well as the wider public.
Equipped with the latest in conferencing equipment the centre lends itself perfectly to one-on-one consultations, board meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences of up to 60 people. A SMART Board (interactive white board), an ultra-quality sound system and a computer training lab allowing hands-on IT training for up to 18 delegates, all round off the centre's features.
TDC has also attracted considerable interest from businesses outside the group and a number of courses have be scheduled to enhance business ethics and skills, such as debt collection, fraud prevention and customer services. Businesses are also welcome to suggest other training needs or courses.
In short the Talent Development Centre offers a full suite of training and meeting services for your organisation to find its inner resourcefulness and to accomplish your business goals.
