The successful incumbent must have 2 - 3 years experience in an accounting and/or administration environment. Experience in freight or logistics industry will be a distinct advantage. The emphasis of the job falls on practical efficiency of attending to basic accounting administration.

Minimum Requirements...

• Proven experience in successfully managing and leading a medium to large sized company
• Commercial degree required, MBA or other advanced degree a significant plus
• Proven track record of managing and expanding the impact and visibility of an organisation
• Demonstrated ability to create strategy and manage against strategic goals
• Subscribe to the values of the organisation

Key Responsibilities include:

• Setting and developing the strategic culture of the company
• Developing business strategy through the development of both new and existing business
• Leading the senior management of the company through key performance indicators
• Hands-on operational management of key business projects
• Managing financial and other resources
