Minimum Requirements...

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics related field
• 5 Years experience in the logistics environment
• 3 Years experience in managing a team of employees
• Proven ability to initiate and develop long term client relationships
• Proven experience in system improvement programmes in logistics/warehousing
• A self-starter who has the ability to co-ordinate a wide range of activities, drawing in other resources as required to meet objectives

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support management in leading the development of specific client value propositions leveraging the Manica Group's capability and experience.
• Optimising resources (people, equipment and systems) to meet customer expectations.
• Support management in business development iniatives in logistic services and the generation of new business opportunities.
• Manage and lead a team of employees
